1. Skincare Products (Soaps, Moisturisers, Body Butters, etc.)
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items, including but not limited to:
- Soaps
- Skin moisturisers
- Body butters
- Facial and body scrubs
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
Exceptions:
We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
2. Accessories (Soap Dishes, Scrubbers, etc.)
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused, and undamaged accessories within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be in original packaging
- Must include all original components and tags
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Sale Items & Gift Sets
All sale items and gift sets are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
